What is the difference between Tradeify Growth, Select and Lightning?

Choosing a Tradeify plan is hard because Growth, Select and Lightning differ in whether there is an evaluation, at which stage consistency applies, the daily loss limit (DLL), whether resets are allowed and how often you can request payouts. Start with 50K side by side.

Which plan fits depends on how you trade. The quickest way to choose is to ask which of these differences your own trading is most likely to run into. If you have big winning days, look at where the 40% or 35% consistency rule applies; if you tend to cut losses late, look at whether there is a DLL.

How much does Tradeify cost? (all sizes, one-time fee)

Tradeify charges a one-time fee for each plan and size. There is no monthly billing and no activation fee after passing. The table shows list prices.

Because Lightning skips the evaluation, it costs about 2.2 to 3.5 times the Growth list price for the same size. At 50K, Growth is $145 and Lightning is $492.

No activation fee on any plan

Tradeify charges no activation fee on any current plan. However, the Sim Funded account is not activated automatically after you pass; you activate it yourself in the dashboard. Accounts passed on Growth can be activated up to 5 per day (resetting every 24 hours in UTC). You can also hold a passed evaluation and activate it later.

Who is Tradeify Growth for?

Tradeify Growth has no consistency rule during the evaluation and can be passed in as little as 1 day. The profit target is $3,000 on 50K, and the max drawdown is $2,000 (end-of-day trailing). There is no time limit, but evaluation accounts also need at least 1 trade per week (Monday to Friday).

In exchange, there is a daily loss limit (DLL) from the evaluation onward. It is $1,250 on 50K; when you hit it, trading stops for the day, but the account is not failed. After passing, every payout from the Sim Funded account requires the 35% consistency rule and 5 profit days.

Growth evaluation conditions (all sizes)

Growth tends to suit traders who want to finish the evaluation quickly, or who have big winning days and want to avoid a ratio limit during the evaluation. Because there is a DLL, it is easier if you already cap your own daily losses.

It suits traders less if they often have big winning days after passing, since the 35% rule on the Sim Funded account can push payouts back. Growth Sim Funded accounts also cannot be reset, so losing one means buying a new evaluation.

Who is Tradeify Select for?

Tradeify Select applies a 40% consistency rule during the evaluation, but has no DLL during the evaluation. The 40% rule means a minimum of 3 days; with the 50% add-on, the ratio becomes 50% and the minimum is 2 days. The profit target is the same as Growth, and the max drawdown is slightly smaller than Growth: $3,000 for 100K and $4,500 for 150K.

Select tends to suit traders who do not want a daily loss to stop them during the evaluation, and who want payouts without a consistency rule after passing. It suits traders less if they make most of the target in 1 day: above 40%, you cannot pass until more trading days lower the ratio.

Choosing Flex or Daily after passing

When you pass Select, you choose whether your Sim Funded account is Select Flex or Select Daily. The choice is permanent for that account and cannot be changed later. In short, the differences are:

• Flex allows requests of up to 50% of profit every 5 winning days, with no DLL and no balance requirement
• Daily allows requests every day, but has a DLL and does not allow payouts below the buffer
• Flex has the larger max drawdown (on 100K, Flex $3,000 and Daily $2,500)
• The 50K cap (purchases on or after 2026-09-01) is $2,500 per payout for Flex and $1,250 per day for Daily

50% add-on prices and reset fees

The 50% add-on costs $135 for 25K, $205 for 50K, $329 for 100K and $459 for 150K. For reset fees with the add-on, the text and the table in the official pricing reference article give different numbers.

Reset fees for 50K and above are Under review. If you buy with the add-on, check the actual amount at checkout or with support. Accounts with the add-on also have lower Flex payout caps ($2,000 for 50K, $3,000 for 100K and $4,000 for 150K).

Who is Tradeify Lightning for?

Tradeify Lightning starts as a Sim Funded account with no evaluation. There are no evaluation days or targets; once the account you bought meets the payout conditions, you can request.

In exchange, it costs about 2.2 to 3.5 times the Growth price for the same size and cannot be reset. If you touch the max drawdown and lose the account, you buy a new one. Payouts require the profit target for each payout ($3,000 for the 1st payout on 50K) and a consistency rule of 20% for the 1st, 25% for the 2nd and 30% from the 3rd.

Lightning tends to suit traders who want to skip the evaluation period and work on payout conditions from the start. It suits traders less if they want to avoid costs piling up from a few early failures. Buying 50K again once costs $492, more than 3 times the Growth 50K list price.

For Lightning 150K bought before 2026-03-31, the DLL is $3,750. A 150K bought before the new dashboard has a DLL of $3,750 and a max drawdown of $6,000.

How do total costs compare across the 3 Tradeify plans? (50K example)

The 3 Tradeify plans differ not only in the price when you pass the first time, but also in the extra cost when you fail. Growth and Select evaluations can be reset; Lightning cannot and must be bought again. Using 50K list prices, here are the totals after failing the evaluation (or the account, for Lightning) 0, 1 and 2 times.

Note that the table does not mean the same thing for each plan. A "failure" on Growth or Select is failing the evaluation before you reach a Sim Funded account. A "failure" on Lightning is losing a Sim Funded account you already hold.

Growth and Select costs also rise if you lose the Sim Funded account after passing. A Growth Sim Funded account cannot be reset, so you start over from the evaluation. A Select Sim Funded account can be restored with Funded Reset if eligible (from $450 for the 1st reset on 50K). Which plan is cheaper depends on how many times and at which stage you fail, so this article does not draw a conclusion.

What are the Tradeify Select 300K conditions, and what is under review?

Tradeify also offers a 300K Select account. The official 300K article lists the evaluation and post-pass conditions, but the price, purchase limit and Sim Funded account limit conflict between 2 official articles updated on 2026-11-02. We show both rather than picking one.

The price and limits are Under review. Before buying 300K, confirm the amount at checkout and with support. Both articles agree that it cannot be reset, that identity verification (KYC) is required before purchase, that it does not count toward the Select limit of 15 accounts in 30 days, and that it works with Tradovate, Rithmic and WealthCharts.

300K evaluation and post-pass conditions

The evaluation conditions are a $14,000 profit target, $8,000 max loss (end of day), $4,000 DLL, 40% consistency and up to 16 mini / 160 micro. Standard Select sizes have no DLL during the evaluation, but 300K alone is described as having one.

• Flex: max drawdown $8,000, DLL $4,000, every 5 winning days of $750, capped at 50% of profit and $10,000
• Daily: max drawdown $6,000, DLL $3,000, buffer $6,100 (balance $306,100), daily cap $4,000
• Contracts: both start at 3 mini / 30 micro, scaling to 16 / 160
• Profit split: 90%

How do Tradeify resets and Select Funded Reset work?

A Tradeify reset lets you restart an evaluation. Growth and Select evaluations can be restarted by paying a reset fee. Growth reset fees are $60 for 25K, $95 for 50K, $169 for 100K and $229 for 150K; Select (40% standard) is $75, $109, $169 and $239.

Select evaluations can be reset up to 10 times per evaluation in 30 days. A Select 50K bought before the new dashboard keeps a $2,500 profit target, even after a reset.

Accounts that cannot be reset

• Growth Sim Funded accounts
• Lightning (buy a new one if you fail)
• Select 300K

Select Funded Reset (described in the official help center updated 2026-11-02)

Select Funded Reset is a paid option to restore a lost Select Sim Funded account (Flex or Daily) to the same account. It covers 50K, 100K and 150K; 25K, evaluation accounts, Growth, Lightning and Live are excluded.

• Within 30 days of losing the account
• No payout ever made in that account history
• Up to 2 times per account lifetime (the 2nd costs 10% more)
• No Live account for you or your household
• Not under Live review or a compliance hold

The price comes from a fixed table based on size, total payouts across all accounts (since your last move to Live, if any) and whether it is the 1st or 2nd reset. For example, the 1st reset with 0 to 1 payouts is $450 for 50K, $570 for 100K and $815 for 150K. The 1st reset with 10 or more payouts is $479 for 50K, $625 for 100K and $829 for 150K. Funded Reset fees are not refunded.

Funded Reset on 50K starts at $450, more than the Select 50K evaluation list price of $165. Compare both time and cost when deciding whether to start a new evaluation or return with Funded Reset.

Tradeify account limits, refunds and purchase-date differences

Here are the limits on holding multiple Tradeify accounts, the refund policy and conditions that change with purchase date. All are worth knowing before you buy.

Account limits

Evaluation accounts are limited to 15 in 30 days for Select and are unlimited for Growth. Sim Funded accounts are limited to 5 per person and 5 per household, with Growth, Select and Lightning combined freely. How Select 300K Sim Funded accounts count differs between official articles, as noted above, and is Under review. Tradeify allows 1 account per person, so you cannot create separate personal and LLC accounts.

Refunds and cancellation

All Tradeify sales are final, with no refunds on account purchases, resets or other fees. Because every fee is one-time with no recurring billing, there is no monthly cancellation process.

A chargeback (reversing a payment through your card issuer) immediately freezes every account and permanently bans future purchases and new accounts.
