Lucid Trading Plans Compared: LucidPro, LucidFlex, LucidDaily and LucidDirect
- Lucid Trading sells 4 plans to the public: LucidPro (evaluation in as little as 1 day), LucidFlex (40% consistency rule in the evaluation), LucidDaily (daily payouts once funded) and LucidDirect (no evaluation). All are one-time payments with no monthly fee and no activation fee (checked 2026-11-04).
- LucidPro and LucidDirect prices are under review on the official site. LucidFlex and LucidDaily prices are also under review.
- The LucidPro reset fee is under review, and the other plans show no reset fee officially. Accounts that have been traded are not refunded. Lucid Trading's terms of use are written for US persons, and use from outside the US is under review. Check the eligible regions in the terms on the official site before you sign up.
Which Lucid Trading plan fits your trading style? The 4 plans in one table
Lucid Trading plan names look alike, but they differ in whether there is an evaluation, at which stage the consistency rule applies, how the drawdown works after you pass, and how often you can request payouts. Here they are side by side at 50K. All figures are official information checked on 2026-11-04.
| Item (50K) | LucidPro | LucidFlex | LucidDaily | LucidDirect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Evaluation | Yes (target $3,000) | Yes (target $3,000) | Yes (target $3,000) | No (funded right after purchase) |
| Evaluation consistency | None (as little as 1 day) | 40% (50% add-on available; at least 3 days, 2 with the add-on) | 50% (40% also available) | No evaluation |
| Evaluation drawdown | EOD $2,000 | EOD $2,000 | Choose EOD or intraday, $2,000 | No evaluation |
| Funded drawdown | EOD $2,000 | EOD $2,000 | Always intraday, $2,000 | EOD $2,000 |
| Funded consistency | 40% | None | None | 20% |
| Funded buffer | Yes ($52,100) | None | Yes ($52,100) | Under review |
| Payout frequency | Any time you meet the conditions | Every 5 profit days | Daily | When you reach the per-payout profit target |
| News trading | Allowed | Allowed | Not allowed when funded (1 minute before and after) | Allowed |
| List price | Under review (check the official site) | Under review | Under review | Under review (check the official site) |
The biggest difference in the table is the stage where the consistency rule applies. LucidPro has none in the evaluation and applies it after you pass; LucidFlex applies it in the evaluation and not after you pass. LucidDaily applies it in the evaluation, and once funded you can request payouts daily but cannot trade around news. LucidDirect skips the evaluation and starts you in a funded account.
What all 4 plans have in common
- One-time payment, with no monthly billing, no auto-renewal and no funded activation fee after you pass
- No funded activation fee after you pass. LucidDirect trades as a funded account from purchase
- Every DLL (daily loss limit) is a soft breach: it only stops trading for that day
- Resets are paid and bought from the dashboard. There are no free resets
- The profit split is 90/10 (90% to the trader). Profit target, MLL and max contracts are the same per size (LucidDirect has no evaluation, and its 100K and 150K MLL is larger)

LucidPro: evaluation in as little as 1 day, 40% consistency after you pass
LucidPro is Lucid Trading's main plan. The evaluation has no consistency rule, so you can pass if you reach the profit target in 1 trading day. In exchange, funded payouts carry a 40% consistency rule and a buffer. The funded account has no scaling plan, so you can trade max contracts from day 1.
LucidPro pricing and reset fees
| Size | List price (one-time) | Reset fee | Profit target | MLL (EOD) | Max contracts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | Under review | Under review | $1,250 | $1,000 | 2 / 20 |
| 50K | Under review | Under review | $3,000 | $2,000 | 4 / 40 |
| 100K | Under review | Under review | $6,000 | $3,000 | 6 / 60 |
| 150K | Under review | Under review | $9,000 | $4,500 | 10 / 100 |
If you fail the evaluation once and reset, the total is the list price plus the reset fee. Because the LucidPro list price and reset fee are under review, the total is also under review.
DLL ON or DLL OFF is chosen at purchase
With LucidPro you choose at purchase whether the DLL (daily loss limit) is ON or OFF, and you cannot change it later. The official help center only says that DLL OFF costs more, and the OFF price was under review as of 2026-11-04.
With DLL ON, you can use On Demand Payouts in the funded account. This lets you request a payout from that day's profit even during the trading session (6:00 PM to 3:45 PM ET). Once you request it, trading stops until the end of that trading day. The official site states this window in ET, so convert it to your local time.
For the LucidPro 25K DLL, the official evaluation and DLL articles say "None" while the funded account article says $600, so the official articles disagree (checked 2026-11-04). Which one is current is under review.

LucidFlex: 40% in the evaluation, no consistency rule or buffer after you pass
LucidFlex is built the opposite way from LucidPro. The evaluation carries a 40% consistency rule and takes at least 3 days. With the add-on that loosens it to 50%, it takes at least 2 days. The funded account has no consistency rule and no buffer, and you request a payout after every 5 profit days.
- Profit target, MLL and max contracts are the same as LucidPro (50K: target $3,000, MLL $2,000, 4 / 40)
- The drawdown is EOD. When you request a payout, the MLL automatically rises to the lock level (starting balance + $100)
- You choose DLL ON or OFF. With ON, the DLL is 25K $600, 50K $1,200, 100K $1,800, 150K $2,700
- There is no scaling during the evaluation. The funded account has a scaling plan: with profit of $0 to 999, it starts at 25K 1 / 10, 50K 2 / 20, 100K 3 / 30, 150K 4 / 40
- The 50% add-on has a small allowance: at 50K, up to $1,560 is accepted against 50% of $1,500

LucidDaily: daily payouts after you pass, always intraday drawdown
LucidDaily is the plan that lets you request payouts every day once funded. The evaluation carries a 50% consistency rule (40% also available), and the funded account has none. Note two things: the funded drawdown is always intraday, and you cannot hold positions 1 minute before and after high-impact USD news. Breaking this news rule is a hard breach (you lose the account).
- You choose EOD or intraday drawdown for the evaluation. The funded account is intraday regardless of your choice
- The MLL amount is the same as LucidPro and LucidFlex (50K $2,000)
- With DLL ON, the DLL is a fixed amount: 25K $600, 50K $1,200, 100K $1,800, 150K $2,700. The DLL does not rise with the MLL
- A funded payout is the full amount above the buffer (initial MLL + $100). Minimum $500
- The maximum daily profit is 25K $6,000, 50K $8,000, 100K $10,000, 150K $12,000. What happens after you reach it differs between official articles: the LucidDaily payout article says the move to live is automatic, while the new live structure article says the risk team decides

The LucidDaily list price and reset fee are also under review.
Customization options
With LucidDaily you choose at purchase DLL ON or OFF, the evaluation drawdown (EOD or intraday) and the evaluation consistency (40% or 50%). The official customization article is not consistent about the number of combinations, so use the options on the checkout page as the reference.

LucidDirect: start funded with no evaluation
LucidDirect lets you start in a funded account without taking an evaluation. You skip the days to pass and the evaluation reset costs, but payouts carry a 20% consistency rule and a per-payout profit target.
| Size | List price (one-time) | MLL (EOD) | DLL (before reaching the trail) | Profit target for 1st payout | Max contracts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | Under review | $1,000 | None | $1,500 | 2 / 20 |
| 50K | Under review | $2,000 | $1,200 | $3,000 | 4 / 40 |
| 100K | Under review | $3,500 | $2,100 | $6,000 | 6 / 60 |
| 150K | Under review | $5,000 | $3,000 | $9,000 | 10 / 100 |
For LucidDirect 100K and 150K, the MLL is larger than the same LucidPro size (100K $3,500, 150K $5,000), and the Initial Trail Balance is also different: 100K $103,600, 150K $155,100. The minimum number of days before a payout is under review.
How to compare cost with the evaluation plans
Because the LucidPro and LucidDirect list prices and reset fees are under review, this article does not compare them in dollars. How many times you fail an evaluation also varies by person. Compare them by how many attempts you expect to need and how you value the days spent on an evaluation.
LucidDirect reset fee is under review
The LucidDirect reset fee was under review as of 2026-11-04.

How to choose a Lucid Trading plan by trading style
Which Lucid Trading plan suits you depends on how you trade. This section does not pick a winner. It lists, by trading style, which plan's rules tend to fit.
| Trading style | Conditions that tend to fit | Rules to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Sometimes make a large gain in 1 day | LucidPro evaluation (no consistency rule) | The funded account has 40%. You need to build profit before a payout |
| Build up a little every day | LucidFlex (40% in the evaluation, none when funded) | The evaluation takes at least 3 days. Funded payouts come every 5 profit days |
| Want daily payouts after passing | LucidDaily funded account (daily payouts) | Funded is always intraday. No trading 1 minute before and after news |
| Trade during economic releases | LucidPro, LucidFlex, LucidDirect (news trading allowed) | Not allowed in a LucidDaily funded account, and a hard breach |
| Do not want an evaluation | LucidDirect (no evaluation) | 20% consistency rule and profit targets when funded |
The table is a guide to whether the rules match how you trade. It does not promise that you will pass or get paid.

Lucid Trading plans you cannot buy publicly (LucidMaxx, LucidBlack)
Besides the 4 plans above, Lucid Trading has LucidMaxx and LucidBlack. Neither could be bought by the public as of 2026-11-04.
LucidMaxx is invitation-only
LucidMaxx is a plan where the Lucid Trading risk team invites traders who meet its criteria by email. You go through a Step 1 evaluation (40% consistency rule, EOD drawdown) and a Step 2 Pre-Live (no consistency rule) before moving to live, where the drawdown is static, payouts are daily and there is no payout cap. The earlier tiered pricing became Legacy as of 2026-10-04.
LucidBlack is Legacy
LucidBlack is a Legacy product. The evaluation consistency rule is 60% and funded is 40%, and you move to live after the 4th payout. Whether you can buy LucidBlack now is under review.
